BulSU's foundation week starts strong

To begin the week-long celebration of the 119th foundation anniversary of the Bulacan State University, different activities and booths were presented today, December 12.
The event started with a parade and followed by flash mobs participated by faculties and students around the Heroes Park, along with the various stalls established by different colleges and organizations that offer different treats to suffice the variations of BulSUans' cravings.
Among the famous street delicacies presented are the undying siomai, fizzy drinks, chocolate cookies, smores, puto bumbong, and mango with bagoong, which are all popular for the attendees.
Moreover, there are also booths that doesn't only provide foods, but also different types of merchandise for fanatics out there, which includes anime collectibles, taylor swift and k-pop inspired bracelets.

Tents and activities coming from non-BulSUans are also welcomed inside of the campus such as the TNT & Smart, Globe, Wish 107.5, Nescafe, and Mang Juan.
Beyond booths, the foundation week provided a platform to showacse the skills and talents of BulSUans through the assistance of two live bands set to perform in front of the Pimentel and Alvarado Hall, catering all songs requested by the audiences.
The celebration will persist until December 15, Friday with a lot more fun events awaiting for the students, which are Battle of the Bands on December 13, and Juan Concierto on December 14.—OVERTURN
