In line with the surge of people, the Manila Police District (MPD) installed 20 tarpaulins around Divisoria to remind Christmas shoppers about being vigilant and mindful of their personal belongings.
MPD also advised not to wear any jewelry such as earrings, necklace, bracelets and any accessories that can attract robbers. In addition to this, they also advised people to prevent talking to strangers.
According to vendors, it is expected that the congestion in Divisoria will start from December 15 until December 25.—OVERTURN
